Once the questionnaire is completed, we will arrange a meeting (by phone or in our or in our workshop) to get more details about your creation.

After discussing in detail what you would like to achieve, you will receive a detailed quote for your jewelry.

It takes between 5 and 7 days to create your jewelry once the estimate is confirmed.

In order to start making your jewelry we ask for a 50% deposit before the creation. And the rest once the jewel is finished.

We start by designing your jewelry using the information provided. Once the design is confirmed you will receive a 3D drawing of your jewelry so you can see what it will look like in real life.
Once the 3D drawing is confirmed, we start the manufacturing of your jewelry in our workshop.

You will receive your jewel directly at the address you wish or to be picked up in our workshop.

Yes, all our jewelry is certified by our gemologists.
